We are seeking a proactive, creative, and results-driven professional. This role requires thinking outside the box while maintaining rigor in execution. You should have a strong problem-solving mindset and a “get it done” attitude.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing project tasks and deliverables.
- Track project milestones, schedules, and identify potential risks or delays.
- Support documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and project updates.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Help manage resource allocation and task assignments.
Must Have
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field.
- Strong passion for software products and project management practices
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized, creative, and able to work autonomously.
Nice to have
- Experience with project management or collaboration tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).
- Prior exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience writing online content or documentation.
- Additional language skills beyond English.
- Strong analytical and multitasking capabilities.
