HR & Talent Acquisition Intern

Responsibilities
- Support recruitment by screening candidates and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and postings
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires
- Support HR policies, compliance, and documentation
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Nice to have
- Experience with HR software or applicant tracking systems
- Additional languages
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Familiarity with remote team management tools
