Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews and meetings with clients and stakeholders to gather detailed business requirements
- Analyze existing business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Document business requirements and create clear, actionable standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives and facilitate implementation.
Must Have
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Highly creative and autonomous
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
Nice to have
- Experience with business analysis tools or methodologies such as SWOT analysis or BPMN.
- Familiarity with process mapping software like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Basic understanding of Agile frameworks and project methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills
